**Position Overview:** Hidden Level seeks a Configuration Management (CM) Engineer to manage and maintain configuration of hardware, software and technical data across the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with strong knowledge of job area. The candidate will manage the configuration of data across all phases of the lifecycle of Hidden Level products and programs. **Location:** This position is onsite in our Syracuse, NY office. **Responsibilities:** + Design and establish configuration management policies, processes, and documentation + Analyze proposed product design changes to determine the effect on the overall system + Develop and maintain configuration baselines for hardware/software systems. + Draft CM plans and procedures required to meet contractual requirements of assigned programs + Analyze and document engineering changes, ensuring compliance with quality and performance standards + Facilitate Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings and manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and Manufacturing Change Notices (MCNs) + Perform audits, configuration status accounting, and verification activities + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lifecycle management strategies + Prepare metrics and various status reports + Establish change orders and prepare change authorization documentation + Review and analyze released engineering change data and coordinating changes with Engineering, Quality, Deployment & Services, and Manufacturing, + Utilize systems thinking to select and apply appropriate problem-solving tools and implement change constructively. **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in engineering and minimum of 6 years relevant experience + Knowledge and understanding of DoD CM standards + Experience facilitating CCB meeting + Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to communicate effectively cross-functionally **Preferred Qualifications:** + Certification in CM (e.g., NDIA or CMII) + Experience with Deltek Costpoint ERP + Experience with compliance audits **Compensation and Benefits:** Hidden Level offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid parental leave, flexible time off, 401(k) with employer contributions, life insurance, and disability insurance.
