As a configuration management lead, you are responsible to maintain the integrity of the aircraft configuration, and demonstrate compliance to a variety of FAA rules, guidance documents, and industry standards. You will also be involved, as the primary stakeholder during continuous improvement of company processes, and application development. In this role, you will be working with multiple teams, such as Engineering, Planning, Manufacturing and Quality, to ensure the integrity of the engineering data from release to production, including change management process. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced dynamic environment, under the mindset of continuous improvement, first principle based development approach.
Note that this role is located in Northern California (Santa Cruz or San Carlos), remote is not available.

The target base pay for this position is $100,800-$189,600/yr. The compensation package offered will be determined by location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
