This person will be designing, configuring, testing, and deploying a new case management system and CRM. We are looking for an individual who makes the customer’s mission their priority in delivering modern, user-centric, and reliable software products to automate manual business processes and workflows. This system directly supports matters of international security and connects 100s of thousands of law enforcement officials. **Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:** + Bachelors degree required + 5+ years as an Application Developer + 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration including: Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Salesforce APIs (SOAP/REST), Web Services, SQL, SOQL, SOSL, Custom objects, workflows, process builders, and validation rules. + Demonstrated experience with Salesforce configurations, such as custom objects, layouts, reports, dashboards, and workflow rules. + Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns and the ability to integrate Salesforce with other platforms and third-party systems using MuleSoft or other APIs. + Experience working with various Salesforce Deployment tools including manifests, SFDX, CLI, and DevOps center. + Sound understanding of Salesforce best practices and platform limits. + Understanding of data migration tools like Data Loader and ETL tools. + Proficiency with version control tools such as Git and Bitbucket. + Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model and understanding of how to leverage the model to build scalable applications. + Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. + Proven track record of problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex projects with cross-functional teams. + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. + An updated knowledge of the latest Salesforce releases and features. + Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and maintain a high degree of attention to detail. **Responsibilities:** + Configure, test, and maintain a new set of Salesforce applications to replace a legacy, end of life case management system. + Collaborating with the Business Analysts, Developers, Architect, customer IT leadership, and business end users to fully understand functional and non-functional requirements. + Solutioning with our Salesforce Architect and Developers to make recommendations with cost/benefit assessment that consider risks, usability, performance, scalability, security, maintenance, and best practices. + Creating out of the box Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) with automation, workflow rules, batch jobs, flows, and triggers + Configuring permissions, roles, groups, and queues that adhere to the security architecture and Salesforce best practices. + Be an active member of an Agile development team, participating in all Agile ceremonies, updating tasks in Jira/ADO, and continual improvement. + Troubleshoot issues in production and non-production. + Learn new technical skills to meet the needs of the project and our customers. + Estimate the work required for each user story, feature, and epic with story points that establish the product roadmap. + Conduct peer reviews of code and configurations for quality assurance during development sprints. + Take the opportunity to mentor junior configuration specialists, administrators, and analysts. + Continue to grow as a professional while gaining new technical skills and knowledge. **Desired Skills:** + Salesforce certs (Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) highly preferred Experience in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular libraries/frameworks like React or Angular. + Experience developing APEX code and triggers. + Experience implementing Tableau/Einstein/CRM Analytics (CRMA) + Expertise with MuleSoft configuration and integrating 3rd party applications and systems. **Requirements:** + Ability to obtain a Public Trust **Our Equal Employment Opportunity Policy** The company is an equal opportunity employer.
