Description
We are seeking an experienced Configuration Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Physical Configuration Analysis (PCA) planning, contract review, and quality documentation. This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity and consistency of our product configurations, particularly in the aerospace sector.
Key Responsibilities:
PCA Planning: Lead and manage Physical Configuration Analysis (PCA) for both ground and air systems.
Contract Review: Review and decipher contracts to ensure compliance with configuration management requirements.
Documentation: Understand and manage inspection and quality documentation to maintain high standards.
Configuration Audits: Conduct configuration audits for aircraft to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to integrate configuration management practices into the product lifecycle.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years in configuration management, with a focus on aerospace or related industries.
Skills:
Proficiency in PCA planning for ground or air systems.
Strong ability to review and interpret contracts.
In-depth understanding of inspection and quality documentation.
Experience with configuration audits for aircraft.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $69.00
