We provide cradle to grave support from requirements gathering to daily help desk assistance. Our knowledge of the base Maximo product allows our team to incorporate industry best practices, when applicable, as changes occur in asset management, work order management processes, supply chain management, and system integration areas. Combined, we provide a complete technical approach to meet end user needs.
The Configuration Manager:
· Oversees the lifecycle of program documentation and software releases for the development team, ensuring the customers have the latest release and supporting documentation at all times.
· Develops and maintains the configuration management process for each program.
· Conducts advanced form design and layout activities with limited guidance from manager
· Performs preparation of systems specifications
· Conducts audits to ensure documentation is correct
. Reviews and maintains control of all program plans
· May coach and review the work of less-experienced professionals.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
● Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
● Security Clearance Level: Secret Obtainable
● Required Skills and Abilities: an understanding of configuration documentation and plans.
● Preferred Skills: A basic knowledge of the IBM Maximo product
● Location: Remove
