We are seeking a **Configuration Manager** to join our **Security and Electronic Systems (SES)** business Unit. As part of **(SES)** Strategic Business Unit you will be part of a team that designs, engineers, integrates, operates and maintains electronic security services inclusive of intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audio visual, it systems, perimeter defense and command and control systems for federal, local and commercial customers across high-growth markets. Responsibilities In this position you will work on developmental and operational teams responsible for configuration management of developmental and operational systems for our federal government client in a highly secure and sensitive environment. Essential responsibilities and activities include but are not limited to: + Creating and maintaining configuration baselines (development, test, production, etc.) supporting developmental and operational systems. + Developing, modifying, and tailoring CM plans, policies, and procedures according to the complexity and scope of the system(s). + Assisting to define, create, and implement hardware and software configuration management processes, procedures, and version controls including product build scripts and procedures, and integrating those scripts with the hardware and software build process. + Implementing the CM systems lifecycle discipline from initial requirements/capabilities baseline to the systems end-of-life. + Performing change control and configuration audits. Qualifications **Clearance/Citizen Type:** Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and may meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information; **ACTIVE** TS/SCI w Poly clearance **REQUIRED** **Position / Candidate Requirements** + **Education/Experience:** Technical or Business Discipline and/or Experience Supporting the Federal Government and + A High School Diploma/GED and 6+ Years of Experience or + An Associate’s Degree with 4+ Years of Experience or + A Bachelors Degree and 0+ Years of Experience + A working knowledge of and ability to use and recommend automated CM tools to implement policies and procedures. + An understanding of basic concepts and assist in documenting hardware and software Configuration management processes and procedures. + Understand basic concepts to assist in maintaining and developing the environment for hardware and software product build, staging, testing, and integration. + Experience working with GIT repositories and developing process workflows that align with the System Development Life Cycle. + Experience using configuration management tools such as DOORS and Eclipse to store, track, and manage configuration items. **What we offer:** + A collaborative team inspired by the way engineering and innovation enhance customer outcomes, improve lives, and change the world for the better.
