Job title:
Configuration Office Intern
Your role:
Monitor and ensure data quality in registration systems.
Search for and centralize SOFON approvals.
Generate monthly reports and perform data analysis.
Provide operational and administrative support as required.
Collaborate with the Configuration Office and quoters' teams to optimize processes.
You're the right fit if:
University student in Industrial Engineering, Biomedical or related fields.
Proven Excel proficiency.
Intermediate to advanced English (Portuguese knowledge is a plus).
Knowledge of Power BI (desirable).
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (desirable).
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
