Configuration Specialist

As a Configuration Specialist working with our Phia Document Management (“PDM”) program, you will manage the development of our online Plan Document drafting software, inspect / examine the materials within of our online plan document drafting software, and assist PGC team members with client assistance and the testing and/or updating of our online system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Maintaining and/or keeping the client checklists and templates up to date per client requests and per compliance with healthcare regulations, with no defects and errors and per documented agreed to timelines. Ensuring clients have proper access to PDM resources, system access, templates, configurations and client contracted terms as required to meet client timelines and expectations (i.e. user access, template access, etc.) Maintaining and updating the configuration of the PDM templates / checklists, ensuring execution is met with minimal errors and zero client complaints. Provide all testing execution as required, including but not limited to: newly developed and/or updated online materials, testing of the developed product enhancements, client template changes, annual template updates, and additional testing as required. Ensuring that PDM Configuration SOPs are in place, followed and updated as necessary. Review all existing SOP’s, consolidate where needed, develop net new when there are gaps, ensure they are comprehensive. Updating PDM-related, client-facing materials (PDM User Manual, Member Resources Content, Benefits Grids/Amendments, etc.) efficiently and per the required agreed to timelines. Inspecting and examining PDM materials for accuracy and consistency between PDM materials and offline tangible materials Will work directly with other Phia Group Consulting members to ensure all compliance related issues are addressed with no defects and errors and within the defined timelines required. Serve as a liaison between PDM team and internal Phia IT Resources when Director, Plan Document Compliance is unavailable. Communicate and document required improvements in the applications, templates and processes every year and develop a list of enhancements and changes required for future improvements.

Experience and Qualifications

Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient organizational, time management and prioritization skills. Experience with legal research desired, but not required. Proven ability to have strong accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook applications. Ability to listen and communicate (written and verbal) with all levels of staff, vendors and clients. Ability to perform at high levels in a fast paced ever-changing work environment. Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction.

Working Conditions / Physical Demands

Sitting at workstation for prolong periods of time. Extensive computer work. Workstation may be exposed to overhead fluorescent lighting and air conditioning. Fast paced work environment. Operates office equipment including personal computer, copiers, and fax machines.
