Key responsibilities/essential functions include:
Reads and follows work procedures and schematics or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performedPerforms manufacturing/assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheetsMaintains daily production outputFollows all EHS and Quality policies and proceduresMay participate in quality control inspectionsWorks with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiencyOther duties as assigned, and may be asked to be included in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teamsComply with EHS regulations and policiesAssists in the writing and/or developing of work proceduresWorks independently and completes basic troubleshootingParticipates in quality control inspections when requiredPerforming more advanced and complex assembly and testing when requiredTrains other team members when required

Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and support corrective actions
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent or 6 months of manufacturing experienceAbility to communicate, receive and understand instructions regarding dutiesto be performedAbility to communicate with co-workers and leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
