CTO (CONFIGURE TO ORDER) ENGINEER
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for performing a wide variety of assembly and testing activities on HV storage systems.
Core Competencies:
Experience in handling storage infrastructure.
Comprehensive knowledge of storage protocols like Fibre Channel, ISCSI, etc.
Knowledge in networking/distributed computing environment concepts
Ability to set priorities, schedule, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Possess strong interpersonal, management and relationship building skills
Self motivated, attention to detail with excellent communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for Assembling and Configuring HITACHI VANTARA storage systems and servers.
- Provide functional and technical support, troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware and software problems for all systems that HITACHI VANTARA offer.
- Responsible for Storage Area Network administration and Network Attached Storage Administration.
- Setup, maintain and configure third party switches like Cisco and Extreme that is tied up to HV solutions offerings.
- Lab Inventory Management.
- Fresh graduate and minimum 1 or 2 years experience or relevant experience is required.
