Confirmation Call Center Manager

America’s number one growing acrylic bath company, Luxury Bath is looking to hire an experienced Confirmation Call Center Manager in our Tempe, Arizona office. Qualified applicants will have excellent computer and communication skills, management experience, customer service experience, be available to work evenings and weekends, and be able to resolve conflicts and issues.

Job duties include:

Schedule and confirm appointmentsHire, train and manage Call Center RepresentativesAnswer inbound calls and make outbound callsCustomer ServiceManage sales reps schedulesAchieve weekly and monthly quotas
