Conflict Analysis Peer Facilitators will prepare for, facilitate, and assess conflict analysis workshops for summer experiential learning programs supported by the Davis Collaborative in Conflict Transformation.
Core Responsibilities:
Complete preparatory training, individually and as a member of the Conflict Analysis Peer Facilitator cohort (in-person in April/May; remote in the summer) Working in teams of two or three, gather conflict case studies (examples) from summer experiential learning program participants (remote; see summer 24 program info here: https://www.middlebury.edu/conflict-transformation/reaching-students/experiential-learning-and-community-engagement) Working in teams of two or three, prepare and facilitate Conflict Analysis workshops for summer experiential learning program participants (remote) Working in teams of two or three – and as a full cohort – assess workshop outcomes Support other members of the Conflict Analysis Peer Facilitator cohort as needed
