The Connecticut Careers Trainee program will last 2 years if the candidate possesses a Bachelor’s degree or 1 year if the candidate possesses a Master's degree. Upon successful completion of the Connecticut Careers Trainee program, the candidate will be promoted to the target class of Fiscal/Administrative Officer. *Salary Note: During the first year of training, Connecticut Career Trainees with a Bachelor's degree earn $54,388 per year, and Connecticut Career Trainees with a Master's degree earn $56,354 per year. During the second year of training, the salary increases to $62,233 per year. Example of Duties: + Core-CT Financials and Asset Management modules + Process Annual Physical Inventory.
