**Job Description:** Unpaid volunteer contributing time to Intermountain Healthcare in various roles. The volunteer program requires a six-month commitment - with a minimum of one 3-hour shift per week, exceptions being for vacation or illness. We're looking for individuals that can be here consistently. We depend on our volunteers because you truly do make a difference. This is an unpaid position that gives you the opportunity to use your talents, meet new people and experience the pleasure that comes from making a difference in people’s lives. We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals to serve in such areas as: + Kids Crew-- Staff the in-patient/outpatient playrooms, assist child life specialists, take around the hospitality cart + Department Support-Infusion, Same Day Surgery, Outpatient Rehab and Emergency Department: Assisting families, playing with children, supporting care-givers.
