Description Robert Half is working with our client in the healthcare sector, located in Phoenix, AZ 85013, and are currently seeking a Connection Specialist to join a great team. This role involves managing a high volume of inbound calls, routing them appropriately, and responding to emergency situations. This role is available on a contract to hire basis! Shift info: 12-hour shift, 3x weekly Available shift: + nightshift 6PM-6:30AM Responsibilities: • Handle all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals. • Effectively use multiple IT applications and telecommunications software. • Respond promptly to emergency alarms and codes. • Make emergency announcements when necessary. • Efficiently use communication tools/materials, considering the diverse cultural backgrounds of patients and how this may affect communication and service provision. • Maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism while handling calls. • Uphold high levels of customer service when interacting with all callers. • Evaluate each caller's needs and manage difficult situations effectively. • Be comfortable with managing over 300 calls during your shift. • Support the development of our new Contact Center, serving as a vital link for our internal and external callers.
