This position will be on the Data Strategy and Governance team within Enterprise Connectivity inside the CAT Digital organization. The Connectivity organization has enterprise accountability for telematics and telecommunications product line strategy, rationalization, quality, and cost. This position will support data governance and data strategy to drive data collection integration and data quality efforts.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Support the enterprise data strategy and data governance as a subject matter expert for the Telematics domain dataWork closely with business partners (across domains) and technical partners to understand and execute the data strategySupport data management in accordance with policies and standardsSupport development and maintenance of key outputs (i.e. priority data, validate domain scope, business definitions, quality rules) and confirm with Domain Steward delegateSupport Domain Steward delegate with the Data Governance initiativesParticipate in cross domain collaboration forumsSupport preparation of domain updates via scorecards, operating reviews and audits

Basic Qualifications:

Accredited bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, or related domain.4+ plus years of job-related work experience with increasing levels of responsibilityKnowledge and experience with connectivity/telematics data collectionExperience updating documents with excellent attention to detail and qualityExcellent written communication skillsAbility to accurately review large volumes of data
