Connectivity Programs Manager (Texas)

Job Overview:

 

The Texas Region Manager of Connectivity Programs is accountable for performing functions that support their role as the liaison between the client and the organization to facilitate and help implement cable and internet products and services that add value to the client, guided by precedent and working within the limits of established policies.

Your Responsibilities: Provide cost savings analysis for clients demonstrating the value of offered internet and cable programs. Collaborate, provide leadership and act as liaison between clients and properties to understand the needs of the customer and to add value to the client. Conduct meetings and follow up with properties and clients on implementation of programs or related requests. Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services, develop improvement plans based on the customer’s feedback and make recommendations as necessary. Develop and conduct training on partner internet and cable programs through webinars or meetings. Collaborate and act as liaison with the management teams to ensure clients have awareness of our partner’s internet and cable programs and its benefits. Conduct research and develop and maintain relationship with partner internet and cable companies. Assist in the process of negotiating pricing with the partner cable companies on products and services as needed. Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct. Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules. May participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines. Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing the work. Follow all policies and Standard Operating Procedures as instructed by Management. Perform any range of special projects, tasks and other related duties as assigned. Skills & Qualifications:

Education/Training:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university and three to five years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and industry experience. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, general computer skills, and internet research.

Experience/Knowledge/Abilities:

Ability to prepare cost savings analysis. Excellent organization, planning, motivation, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and relationship building skills and strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Ability to work with sensitive or confidential information. Ability to apply a comprehensive knowledge of a particular field of specialization to the completion of difficult assignments. Experience describing and documenting project or client requirements. Effective time management and prioritization skills with a strong sense of urgency and ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. Resilient and tenacious in navigating and overcoming challenges and difficult situations. Detail-oriented, high level of accuracy in work-product, with exemplary organizational and analytical skills. Ability to successfully interact, partner, and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization and key external stakeholders, including Board of Directors. Ability to demonstrate a high degree of business acumen and influence throughout the organization and at all levels. Execution-orientated mindset with the drive and motivation to get things done independently, exercising a high degree of critical thinking, complex problem-solving, judgement, and decision-making abilities. Must be able to work effectively and efficiently under pressure and maintain composure when facing deadlines and associated workload demands. Must be a self-starter and the ability to plan and prioritize business opportunities Ability to exercise judgment and discretion In establishing and maintaining effective working relationships. Outstanding interpersonal, written and oral communication, organizational, and presentation skills. Highly flexible and motivated with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting. As a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, vision. In addition, you will be eligible for time off benefits, paid holidays and a 401k with company match. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.

 

 

Compensation: $70000 - $75000 / year (plus commissions)
