Conoco Logistics Coordinator ($23.30 - $36.10 DOE)

**Description**
**Essential Duties**
+ Operate safely and in compliance with all established HSSE policies and procedures.
+ Coordinate freight shipments, entering, maintaining, and updating TruckMate and excel spreadsheets on a regular basis.
+ Monitoring shipments for accuracy and follow-up to ensure pickup and delivery deadlines are met.
+ Receiving, and manifesting local freight as needed to support flights out of Kuparuk, or direct shipment to Alpine depending on the season.
+ Leads and coordinates drivers, Loader operators and warehouse teams as needed to complete daily activities.
+ Field incoming calls and emails, responding appropriately and timely to customer
Inquiries.
+ Review month end reports for accuracy prior to billing process.
• Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
**Qualifications**
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• An associate’s degree in business administration, or a related discipline is preferred
• Three to four years of previous industry-related experience is required; must have knowledge of
software management system; TruckMate preferred
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
+ Must be proficient in MS Office suite of applications including Word, Outlook and Excel
+ Proven ability to multi-task and work under pressure while meeting deadlines
+ Demonstrated attention to detail and work in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
+ Must be able to work independently, be self-motivated, and be a problem solver and goal
oriented, and also work in a team environment.
+ Must be able to prioritize daily task and assignments
+ Must be able to adapt to change in a positive and constructive manner
+ Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
+ Must be able to work well with internal departments, vendors, and customers
+ Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and practical
situations
+ An enthusiastic and positive work attitude with strong interpersonal skills
+ Must have excellent customer service skills
+ Ability to exhibit a professional attitude and appearance
+ Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
+ Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
+ Forklift experience preferred.
+ Must be able to pass a background check to obtain a SIDA to work at this location.
+ Must maintain a current valid driver’s license to operate equipment on the tarmac and ramp
**Working Environment**
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and other office related devices. This remote location is exposed to extreme weather conditions, as well as exposure to hazardous chemicals, materials, and airborne pathogens, with frequent walking, bending, and lifting.
