Establish and maintain day to day activities regarding with conservation, recovery and collection. Include preparing data, script and provide reporting according to the SOPReview and monitor conservation activities and provide analyze to increase premium collection resultEnsure follow up result of conservation activities are fulfilled in timely manners and accurately according to the SOPGuidance, assist in the development of all team member, encouraging the team to explore their capabilities through the facilities provided by the company in the form of cost saving contests and continuous improvement (CI). Escalated issues using judgment within well-defined guidelines to enhance the overall customer experience
