We are seeking intermediate to expert level skill sets in several fields in the Sports Memorabilia, Vintage Cards and Collectibles area.  The consignment director is responsible for sourcing high end collectibles and placing them into auction and handling communications from beginning of sale to end. A strong knowledge of the subject matter is required.  High end sales experience and/or prior collectibles work related experience is a plus.    

Essential Responsibilities and Duties: 

Ability to Offer advice and recommendations to experienced collectors confidently 

Able to identify authentic and counterfeit items 

Ability to evaluate a wide range of collectibles 

Outbound/Inbound Sales efforts via email, phone 

Well spoken and strong communication skills, verbal and written 

Must possess strong knowledge of Coins and Paper Money

Strong Relationship Management Skills catering to High Net Worth customers 

Organized 

Offer White glove services for sellers 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Minimum 2 years Hobby related experience 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

Able to manage multiple projects and priorities  

Bachelor Degree 

Salesforce, excel, email 

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.

$100,000 - $133,500

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
