Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an experienced Consolidations Manager in the manufacturing industry, based in Lisle, Illinois. As a Consolidations Manager, you will be handling a variety of tasks, from managing the complete financial reporting process to assisting in the company's information technology transformation. Responsibilities: • Oversee the complete financial reporting process starting from global consolidation activities. • Assist in the administration of the company's current Oracle HFM consolidation system. • Play a key role in the company's information technology transformation, including future EPM implementations. • Prepare key external SEC reporting filings such as Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy, etc. • Manage the company's Shareworks global equity administration system. • Establish and maintain a robust internal control environment for the financial close and SEC reporting processes. • Facilitate audit efforts by coordinating the delivery and resolution of issues between global accounting teams and internal and external auditors. • Assist in the continuous development and monitoring of financial close KPI's for multinational operations. • Process and manage foreign currency translations. • Work with budget processes and financial statements consolidation.
