ATTORNEY – CONSTRUCTION LITIGATION

JUNIOR TO MID ASSOCIATE

Location: Charleston, South Carolina

Our client, a Mid-Sized Southeastern Regional law firm with a national practice is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Attorney to join their growing Construction, Development & Condemnation Litigation Practice Group. This role involves working on a wide range of complex construction litigation matters.

Candidate Profile:

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. Active bar license in South Carolina. 1-6 years of experience in complex construction litigation. Proven experience in drafting pleadings, arguing motions, and handling discovery, including depositions. Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in complex construction litigation matters, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation in both federal and state courts. Handle a broad spectrum of litigation tasks, from drafting pleadings to arguing motions and conducting depositions. Advise and assist clients in the negotiation, preparation, and review of construction contracts. Engage with clients and collaborate with a dynamic and experienced practice group.

Compensation:
