Job Description
A leader in the HVAC industry is looking for a Construction Assistant Project Manager or Construction Admin to support our team with the closeout phases of our new construction and retrofit projects throughout NYC.

This position involves a split of office and field work, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. The work environment includes opportunities to work on diverse projects ranging from high rises (commercial and residential), retro-fits, and new construction. The candidate will report to their assigned Project Manager depending on the project. The company offers a stable backlog of work with multiple projects set to kickoff at the beginning of 2025, providing a great opportunity to gain both field and office experience with a well-known firm.
