Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction fields and possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, maintaining project files, tracking document responses, and working closely with the Project Architect and Project Manager. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of experience, preferably in multifamily or wood frame construction. Familiarity with Type 5 and Type 3 construction is essential.

This is a contract to hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Dallas, Texas.
Work Environment
Onsite 5 days a week from 8 AM to 5 PM
