Construction Administrator
Job Description We are looking for an Administrator who excels in project coordination, meeting administration, and documentation. You will be responsible for decomposing projects into manageable tasks, designing workflows, and ensuring the timely and budget-compliant completion of deliverables. Additionally, you will organize meetings to enhance collaboration, maintain open communication lines, and keep all team members updated on project changes and progress. Cultivating positive relationships with stakeholders and supporting project managers with documentation preparation, data management, invoicing, and reporting are also key responsibilities. Evaluating employee performance and recruiting contractors will be part of your role. Work Environment Onsite Monday-Friday (7:30-4pm) in Rehoboth, MA Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
