Job DescriptionThe Project Administrator organizes all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans. The professional in this role may work on the client's site and partners closely with the Project Manager(s) to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects. This individual will perform various coordinating tasks such as schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties such as maintaining project documentation and handling financial inquiries.

ResponsibilitiesOrganize and manage all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans.Collaborate closely with Project Manager(s) to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects.Perform various coordinating tasks such as schedule and risk management.Maintain project documentation and handle financial inquiries.Prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.Coordinate with clients and team members efficiently.Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.Essential SkillsA minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Administration, Project Design, or Project Coordination.Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.Experience with Procore and Microsoft Office, including Excel.Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.Knowledge of client industrial process efficiency programs.Hands-on experience with project management tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsAssociate's degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or related field is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Access.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Capability to take direction from multiple individuals and manage various projects simultaneously.Work EnvironmentWork within the Power & Manufacturing – Advanced Energy Manufacturing Team. Job site is located in Niskayuna. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00
