The Project

17.3 Acre $120M New US Embassy Compound (NEC) Construction Project in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan The new construction includes: 6-story NOB (New Office Building) CACs (Compound Access Control Facilities) Site Improvements We ask for a minimum commitment of 1 year, but 48 months are available if you want them. Housing and transportation allowances provided. Uplift includes 25% of base salary, plus 30% COLA. Benefits (medical, dental, vision, 30 days paid time off a year, paid round trip flights home)​​​

Position Description

Provide NEC project with full range of critical architectural, construction quality assurance, and technical oversight. Perform technical inspections, monitor construction contractor's quality control program, and review project drawings to ensure compliance. Observe onsite construction and determine if construction elements are being installed, formed, and executed properly. Review shop drawings and submittals from construction contractor in order to identify problems or non-compliance with design or contract specifications.

Requirements

US Govt. Secret Clearance or higher Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a U.S. institution; or a Master's Degree in Architecture certified by the National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB). 7 years construction experience
