The Construction Assistant is responsible for:
Processing invoices Maintain facility capital equipment and construction data baseUsing software (eBuilder) to process invoicesRequest purchase orders Accounts payable Assist with regulatory agency compliance documentationWhy BayCare?

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Required - High school or Equivalent GED
Experience:
Required - 5 years procurement / accounts payable
Preferred - 5 years construction purchase ordering / invoice processing
