CONSTRUCTION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY - HARTFORD

Location: Hartford, CT

Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Construction Associate Attorney to join their Hartford office.

 

Candidate Profile:

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. Bar Admission in Connecticut is required (admission in New York and/or Massachusetts is a plus). 3-5 years of substantive litigation experience with a focus on construction litigation. Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills, with a high level of organization and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of construction litigation cases. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. Engage in trial preparation, collaborate with expert witnesses, and represent clients in court. Participate in depositions and motion practice in both federal and state courts.
