This team supports network contractors in delivering repairs according to Sedgwick and client requirements, focusing on scheduling compliance and other initiatives within the Technical Team.
The role involves ensuring schedule compliance and conducting repair audits. The SRS audit team offers skill development opportunities through collaboration on health & safety, technical referrals, restoration reviews, and ISO systems (14001 & 45001).
Reporting to the Technical Audit & Compliance Manager, the Construction Auditor ensures contractors submit compliant repair schedules and conducts audits, primarily schedule and virtual visits, with potential site audits. The role is home-based with some travel required.
The skills you will have when you apply:An understanding of typical construction methods, legislation, best practices, building cost principles, and schedules of work.
Experience in a customer service office environment, focused on delivering outstanding customer service to Sedgwick’s customers, colleagues and contractors.
Excellent communication skills: You'll speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more. You’ll explain complex details clearly and negotiate fair settlements for all.
