**Job title:** Construction Biller **Pay Rate: 22/24/hr** **Key Responsibilities:** + Create and send invoices to clients based on project progress, including detailed breakdowns of labor, materials, and other costs. + Thoroughly analyze construction contracts, understanding payments terms. + Process and incorporate change orders into invoices and ensure proper documentation and client approval. + Verify accuracy of invoices submitted by subcontractors and vendors before billing clients. + Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. + Work closely with project managers, sales, and finance to ensure accurate and timely billing. **Qualifications:** + Minimum of 1 year of construction related knowledge + Strong understanding of construction industry billing practices and regulations. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
