Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Construction Bookkeeper in Arlington, Texas. As part of our team, you will be working in the construction industry, utilizing your skills to maintain and ensure the accuracy of financial records, as well as providing key support in the overall financial operations. Responsibilities: • Oversee accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards • Utilize Accounting Software Systems for efficient financial management • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure on-time payments and cash flow • Conduct Cash Flow Analysis periodically to maintain financial stability • Prepare the Annual Budget and monitor its implementation • Use Great Plains (GPAC) and Microsoft Excel for financial data management • Leverage ADP - Financial Services for payroll and other financial services • Maintain and update Computerized Accounting System for accurate record-keeping • Monitor and manage customer credit applications and records • Resolve customer inquiries regarding financial matters promptly and professionally Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or related role • Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services • Experience with Computerized Accounting Systems • Ability to use Great Plains (GPAC) • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Understanding of basic Accounting Functions • Experience managing Accounts Payable (AP) • Experience managing Accounts Receivable (AR) • Capable of preparing an Annual Budget • Proficiency in Cash Flow Analysis Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
