The Project Coordinator for Construction is responsible for organizing assigned projects and interfacing with Architects, General Contractors, Real Estate Development, and other contractors. Working as a team with the project Architect and Engineer, the Construction Coordinator must be able to manage a high volume of projects concurrently in different stages.
NOTE: This is an in-office opportunity only, located in the Angleton area, hybrid or remote options are not available.

The essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
Maintain all Real Estate Development tasks through the project life-cycle, from initial planning to completion of deliverables
Coordinate and communicate the project schedules and tasks for assigned projects, ensuring all tasks are completed, approvals are maintained and recorded
Monitor project and task performance; ensure adherence to terms and conditions of agreements
Collect and consolidate feedback and comments, assist in making adjustments and resubmitting for final approval
Develop an intimate understanding of process and areas for improvement
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all key stakeholders
Perform other duties as required and/or assigned
