About this Role
The Construction Coordinator I – Field classification represents employees that have been in the electrical transmission and distribution industry for 1-5 years. The role includes both office and field support. Field Employees will receive a Company vehicle for job related field services. Senior or more experienced CC1- Field employees will engage in the training of new hires and less experienced CC1s. We strive for a promote from within mentality. This classification will typically not be appointed to leadership roles. A college degree or certifications is not required for this role.
