Woodruff is looking for reliable, goal-driven, qualified candidates to fill a construction crew lead role in Spencer, Iowa. This position will provide oversight for all phases of the construction project, including coordinating workers, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding safely, on schedule and within budget. May perform additional duties such as: + demolition work + level earth + mix, pour and smooth concrete + prepare layouts + erect framework for structures, + lay sub floor + apply ceiling and walls + weld + act as a signal operator + other construction related tasks.
