JOB TITLE:
SURF Onshore Company Site Representative (CSR) – Yard Start Date: ASAP – Negotiable, typically within 30 days’ notice period. End Date:   31-SEP-2026 Location: Qatar ONSHORE Monthly logistics allowance: Single
Key Responsibilities – not limited to the below:
  Ensure seamless coordination across disciplines until load-out. Provide regular updates on project status to management. Lead and support teams to ensure safe execution of construction activities. Monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with company standards and international best practices. Address technical queries and coordinate with engineering teams. Enforce safety procedures and client HSE policies. Organize weekly meetings and inspections to track progress. Identify and resolve construction issues proactively.
Qualifications – required:

Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (or extensive oil & gas experience).
Experience: 15+ years in the oil & gas industry, with at least 10+ years in project execution.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of construction contracts and contractor inspection procedures. Familiar with NOC and TotalEnergies specifications, ASME, AWS, API standards. Proficiency in reading engineering and structural drawings. Experience with ICAPs and document control software. Soft Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented, multicultural environment. Problem-solving mindset and ability to suggest project adjustments as needed.
