Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, seeks a Customer Care Coordinator to work in our divisional office in Freehold, New Jersey. This person will help deliver quality homes to buyers and provide prompt, efficient, quality service to homeowners.

 

The Customer Care Coordinator will respond to warranty requests, dispatch Service Technicians, track completion and quality of service, generate reports, and work closely with subcontractors to manage the billing and invoice processes. This position will be responsible for quality control and warranty service administration.

Qualifications

Candidates must have two or more years of experience in fast-paced residential construction, knowledge of all aspects of construction trades, and excellent written and verbal communication skills, including exceptional telephone skills and etiquette. This position requires excellent planning and organizational skills, including the ability to keep detailed documentation.
