Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, seeks a Construction Customer Care Director to deliver quality service to homeowners by managing all aspects of the customer service process for its communities in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

What is the opportunity?

 

The Customer Care Director is responsible for ensuring that the Customer Care Department is providing exceptional customer service at all times. This position will oversee routine staffing operations; enforce Customer Care Department methods, policies and procedures; drive continuous improvement and provide reporting of departmental performance.

 

What are the primary responsibilities?

Develop, update and enforce policies and procedures. Conduct functional meetingsRecruit, train, develop and motivate employees; Performance ManagementManage continuous construction quality improvement through reporting, investigating and problem solvingCustomer experience management and improvementInteract and support the legal team on litigation and risk issues. Troubleshoot escalated issuesManage department budget and spendingAdminister reporting of department performance (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annually)All other duties as assigned.

Do you have these qualifications?

Essential:5 years of prior management experience7 – 10 years of residential construction experienceValid driver’s license and clean driving recordPreferred:10 years of related experience with another service department

The salary for this position is $96,000-$124,000 plus a quarterly bonus program and a monthly mobile device allowance.
