The Federal Savings Bank is looking for an experienced Construction Draw Administrator to support our offices nationwide.

The Federal Savings Bank is a national bank headquartered in Chicago, IL and specialize primarily in residential mortgage lending. We are proudly veteran-owned and dedicated to providing white glove service to all of our customers and business partners.

The Construction Draw Administrator is a crucial role responsible for ensuring the proper facilitation of draw disbursements while maintaining compliance with loan documentation, credit policy, internal procedures, and applicable state and federal laws. The administrator will act as the primary point of contact for builders, managing disbursements ensuring projects are tracked accurately during the construction period.

Ideal candidates are able to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in office) based from our Chicago (Logan Square) headquarters, though fully remote qualified candidates will also be considered.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Facilitate draw disbursements in compliance with loan documentation and credit policiesAct as a conduit for communication between builders and the bank during the draw processEnsure all projects are tracked and managed efficiently and accurately within the construction periodMaintain detailed records of all correspondence and transactions related to disbursementsCollaborate with various departments to ensure smooth processing of draw requestsAdhere to The Federal Savings Bank's communication standards and procedures

Requirements

Job Requirements:

2 year Degree or related experience3+ years of experience in construction lending, draw management, or closely related fieldStrong understanding of construction lending and draw disbursement processExcellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communicationKeen organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyDetail-oriented with commitment to accuracy and complianceBasic accounting knowledgeAbility to identify issues and initiate problem solving when challenges ariseCustomer service orientation - build and maintain positive relationships with builders and other stakeholdersMicrosoft Office Suite proficiency preferredExperience with Encompass Loan Origination Software and Fiserv (Cleartouch) software preferredFavorable credit and background

Salary Description $55,000 - $80,000 base salary plus bonus
