Key Responsibilities: + Project Planning and Design: + Develop project plans and workflows. + Perform feasibility analyses on potential project sites. + Design and test building materials and structures. + Site Management: + Supervise onsite construction crews and subcontractors. + Inspect project sites to monitor progress and adherence to design specifications, safety protocols, and environmental regulations. + Compliance and Safety: + Ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations. + Communicate and implement safety rules, policies, and procedures. + Resource Management: + Optimize the use of labor, materials, and machinery. + Manage project budgets and financial reports. + Problem-Solving: + Troubleshoot issues that arise during the construction process + Recognize and act promptly on potential changes or additional work to the contract Qualifications: + Education: + Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field + Master’s degree or additional certifications (e.g., Professional Engineer (PE), Project Management Professional (PMP)) can be advantageous + Skills: + Strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations + Proficiency in project management software and basic software applications like MS Office + Excellent communication and leadership skills Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
