Construction Engineer
Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Design:Develop project plans and workflows.Perform feasibility analyses on potential project sites.Design and test building materials and structures.Site Management:Supervise onsite construction crews and subcontractors.Inspect project sites to monitor progress and adherence to design specifications, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.Compliance and Safety:Ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.Communicate and implement safety rules, policies, and procedures.Resource Management:Optimize the use of labor, materials, and machinery.Manage project budgets and financial reports.Problem-Solving:Troubleshoot issues that arise during the construction processRecognize and act promptly on potential changes or additional work to the contractQualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldMaster’s degree or additional certifications (e.g., Professional Engineer (PE), Project Management Professional (PMP)) can be advantageousSkills:Strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulationsProficiency in project management software and basic software applications like MS OfficeExcellent communication and leadership skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00
