Your Impact + Responsible for performing highly complex technical assignments in field surveying and construction layout + Inspecting construction work + Documenting field tests + Responsible for coordinating inspections. + Work is performed under the general supervision of the Project Administrator + Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures. + Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs. Who You Are **Required Qualifications** + High school diploma + 3+ years of construction inspection experience (typically required) + Familiarity with CEI inspection standards and procedures + Experience with roadway, bridge, or infrastructure construction is highly valued + Experience in public works projects (DOT projects, municipal infrastructure) + Knowledge of construction methods and materials (concrete, asphalt, structural steel, etc.) + Ability to interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications + Proficiency with inspection software (such as SiteManager, FieldManager, or similar) + Familiarity with surveying and materials testing equipment + Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate, detailed records + Strong communication skills to interact with contractors, engineers, and project managers + Problem-solving abilities to resolve on-site construction issues + Time management to handle multiple tasks and deadlines + 5.
