Duties Description Ability to operate backhoes, front-end loaders, skid steers, wing plows, street sweeper / storm sewer machine and any other vehicles and equipment used in the regular maintenance and operations of the campus; Ability to perform the physical tasks of the position and to understand and follow simple oral or written instructions; ability to perform medium to heavy physical labor; ability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime and be subject to shift changes to accommodate snow removal needs; possess a valid NYS Commercial Driver's License Class B or higher required.Appointment will be contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment testing for controlled substance use as mandated by the Federal Highway Administration Omnibus Transportation Act of 1991 (OTETA).
