For more information, visit www.FullCircleRestoration.com . **Summary** Cotton Holdings is actively looking for an Estimator for one of its subsidiaries in Georgia. **Key Responsibilities** + Identifying scope, assessing and evaluating the situation for potential risks, mitigating and remediating hazardous and contaminated areas, restoring and reconstructing interior and exterior portions of building’s structure due to damage and/or hazards + Operating in a wide variety of segments including residential, multi-family, commercial, institutional, industrial, governmental/municipal buildings which serve multiple environments + Mitigating and remediating hazardous situations/conditions in damaged and/or contaminated areas + Be well versed in reading and understanding architectural and engineering drawings + Understanding and utilization of RS Means + Working with multiple parties in developing a Scope of Work and Translating into a comprehensive estimate + Experience with insurance related losses + Be familiar with both residential and commercial construction projects + Be familiar with Various assemble types of commercial roofing **Skills, Knowledge and Expertise** + Problem-solving skills – must be able to grasp overall project and anticipate potential issues and take proactive and preventative steps to resolution + At least 5 years actual/practical experience in estimating and performing Water Mitigation, Damage Restoration, Mold Remediation, Fire Restoration, and construction project management + Thorough understanding and working knowledge of Xactimate and Sketch estimating software + IICRC Water, Fire, and Odor Control classes and other industry-recognized credentials, certification, and designations preferred + Must have a clean driving record (MVR) and the ability to pass a drug test and background check + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience Disclaimer: This Job Description indicates the general nature and level of work expected of the incumbent(s).
