Our client is immediately hiring a Construction Estimator to join their team in the greater Boston, MA area.

MUST HAVE: 

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field 2+ years of construction estimating experience Retail experience preferred DAY TO DAY: 

The Construction Estimator estimates costs for commercial construction projects across all market sectors, including conceptual budgets and hard bid proposals. You will review and analyze bid documents, and identify risks, logistics, sequencing, and time constraints. Develop bid strategies and perform detailed trade/vendor take-offs. Prepare accurate scopes of work, estimates, and proposals, and ensure bid compliance. Communicate with trades, vendors, design teams, and clients throughout the pre-construction phase.
