Job Title: Sr. Construction Estimator

 

Job Description We are looking for a Sr. Electrical Estimator with significant experience in large commercial projects. Electrical experience is mandatory.

 

Responsibilities:

Lead, organize, and manage teamsOversee budgets, staffing, performance evaluations, etc.Follow and manage standards and procedures.Conduct final reviews and approvals of estimate packages.Collaborate with teams for project selection.Identify projects, establishing connections with customers.Supervise and review the work of the team.Manage direct reports and coordinate strategic actions with others

 

Essential Skills:

10+ years in electrical construction estimatingAbility to interpret plans and specs.Knowledgeable about electrical materials and install Proficient in interpreting computerized cost data and systems.Skilled in Microsoft Office applications and Bluebeam.Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal, written, and communication skills.

Leadership skills Capable of estimating multiple projects at a time. Ability to build relationships Ability to communicate with clientsAbility to work independently
