Program Estimating Services Conceptual Estimating:Assisting in the development of project estimates for connectivity infrastructure, including Outside Plant (OSP), Inside Plant (ISP), and shared systems.Supporting Type-F design estimates, including original budget creation and QSP refreshes.Budget and Cost Management:Contributing to the establishment and updating of cost libraries for labor, materials, and productivity rates.Assisting in the reconciliation of estimates with actual project costs to improve accuracy.Estimate Documentation:Supporting the preparation of detailed estimating reports and summaries for stakeholders.Helping maintain estimating documentation and databases for future reference.

Recommended Experience and QualificationsExperience: 5-7 years of relevant, hands-on experience in bid analysis, Quantity Surveying or estimating for large-scale data center, connectivity, or technology infrastructure projects.Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of connectivity systems, including Outside Plant (OSP), Inside Plant (ISP), general systems, and carrier systems, based on industry experience.Technical Skills: Expertise in bid evaluation processes, cost estimating methodologies, and familiarity with vendor market trends in the connectivity industry.Data Proficiency: Proficiency in data management tools, reporting software, and advanced Excel or database systems.Interpersonal Skills: Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $72.00
