Perini Management Services Inc. is seeking an in-person Estimator I at our Home office in Framingham, Massachusetts.
As an Estimator I at Perini Management Services, reporting to the Chief Estimator, you will have the opportunity to work on unique and exciting U.S. Federal Government construction projects.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to read and understand construction documents Strong interpersonal skills including phone calls to subcontractors and vendors Ability to solicit and evaluate subcontractor and/or vendor proposals Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Excel and Word) Working knowledge of take-off software, a plus Strong organizational and analytical skills a plusExperience:
Two (2) or more years of experience in the construction industry with estimating experience strongly desired Experience with commercial or Government projects a plus Experience with a construction material supplier and quantity take-off a plusAdditional Information:
