Construction Field Representative

System One is looking for a Construction Field Representative to join our client's team. This role is vital for overseeing the execution of various engineering projects, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency are met.
Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary on-site representative for engineering projects, ensuring seamless communication between management and our clients.

Supervise daily operations to ensure all project milestones and safety protocols are strictly followed.

Conduct comprehensive site inspections and evaluations, providing detailed reports and actionable recommendations.

Collaborate closely with the project team to resolve issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

Maintain meticulous records of project progress, resources, and any deviations from planned activities.

Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and standards.


Requirements:

5+yrs of experience in Civil Engineering/Construction, with a focus on field operations.

Proven ability to manage on-site operations effectively.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed. Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
