This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and experience in tilt-wall construction and managing diverse teams.What you will be doing:Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring work aligns with project plans, specifications, and timelines while overseeing tilt-wall construction processes, including concrete pouring, panel tilting, and structural installation.Supervise and mentor field personnel (laborers, subcontractors, and tradespeople), promoting effective communication, productivity, safety compliance, and conducting regular safety meetings and training.Develop and manage project schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure deadlines are met.Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met, implementing corrective actions as needed, and assist with managing project budgets to control costs.Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, providing progress updates and addressing concerns. What is Required:Tilt-Wall Construction Expertise: Extensive experience in tilt-wall projects, including panel design, concrete pouring, lifting, and panel erection.Proven leadership skills, effectively managing, motivating, and communicating with diverse on-site teams.Deep understanding of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality control.Strong ability to plan, schedule, and oversee multiple projects, ensuring efficient execution and timely delivery.Excellent critical thinking and quick problem-solving skills to address issues effectively.Committed to maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.High School diploma (required), 5+ years in construction with tilt-wall experience, supervisory role experience, and OSHA certification preferred.  Benefits and PerksEligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insuranceWeekly pay periods401k matching up to 5%  Your New Organization:We specialize in providing custom fabricated metal solutions for the construction industry.
